How the payment is made?
Mysilkshop.com offers multiple payment methods. The payment process enables online verification and authorization of payments through the CCAvenue payment gateway who use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential and safe.
Following payment methods are accepted:
Credit Cards: Domestic and International Visa, MasterCard, Diner’s Club, American Express, JCB credit cards, eZe Click.
Debit Cards: Visa and MasterCard Debit cards, Maestro Debit Card, Rupay Debit Card issued by all major Indian banks. It also includes ATM cum Debit Cards. Sorry, but we don’t currently accept International Debit Cards.
Internet Banking: If you have a bank account with Internet banking facility, you can transfer the money directly to our account.
Cash Cards: Using Freecharge, ICash Card, Itz Cash, Paytm, SBI Buddy, OxiCash
Mobile: Using Idea Money, Jio Money, Mobikwik, PayCash, Paymate.
When will the credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of placing your order through our secured payment gateway. (An online real-time authorization is done through the Payment Gateway)
Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on Mysilkshop?
Apart from the Shipping charges (see Shipping & Delivery section) there are no extra taxes, or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. All taxes are included with the list prices.
What is Cash on Delivery?
The CoD (Cash on Delivery) mode of payment involves paying for the goods in cash, upon receiving the goods physically. At present we do not have this payment facility.
Is it safe to enter my Banking Information online while shopping on Mysilkshop.com?
Mysilkshop.com does not collect or store any of your account information used for payment thru any payment mode. This information is used as an input directly on the Payment screen of the Payment Gateway, authorized by your Payment mode issuing company.
What happens if my bank refuses payment?
It is possible that your bank may not authorize your payment immediately. It is also possible that our banking partners do not immediately send us payment authorization, even if your bank account contains sufficient funds. In both these cases your order is automatically cancelled. If this happens we recommend that you contact your bank to ask how they manage online payments. Depending on their response, you can then try to order again.
Will I receive the invoice for my Purchase?
Yes, Your invoice will be attached to your parcel. You can also view your invoice by going to the My Account page.
Which address should I give for billing?
In order for us to successfully process your credit card, you must provide the billing address, i.e the address given during your account registration with Mysilkshop.com, as the address, which is used for your credit card.
