any time and may do so immediately without notice and accordingly deny you
access to the Site, such termination will be without any liability to Mysilkshop.com
Any such termination of the membership shall not cancel your obligation to pay
for the product already ordered from the Site or affect any liability that may

Your Email Id will be used as the default user-name for your Mysilkshop.com
account.
Is it necessary to have a Mysilkshop.com account to shop?
Yes. Only a registered user can shop at Mysilkshop.com. A
registered user can choose a password for their account so that when they
return to Mysilkshop.com in the future, our system will remember their
shipping address. This will save them from the trouble of having to fill those

Applicable Law

shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this Terms

hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be
appointed by Mysilkshop.com and his decision shall be final and binding on the

Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The
arbitration shall be held in Delhi. The High court of judicature at Delhi alone
shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.

Credit Card Details

Pricing
The List Price displayed for products on our website, represents
the full price of the product excluding the shipping charges, as specified in
the Shipping Fees.
With respect to items sold on Mysilkshop.com, we charge your credit card before
your order has entered the shipping process. For any reason if we are not able
to ship you products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and
refund the value of the products not available.
The Website strives to provide accurate product and pricing information but
pricing or typographical errors may occur or a price increase may occur between
order placement by you and order confirmation by Mysilkshop.com. If we
discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:
- If an items correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the
lower amount and ship you the item.
- If an items correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our
discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your
order and notify you of such cancellation.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect
information due to an error in pricing or product information, www.mysilkshop.com
shall have the right at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders
placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched.
Payment
While availing any of the payment method/s offered at Mysilkshop.com,
Mysilkshop.com will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in
respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:
- Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
- Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between your Bank/s, or
- Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
- Decline of transaction for any other reason/s.
All payments made against the purchases/services on Mysilkshop.com by you
shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable by the Union of India. Mysilkshop.com
does not accept any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made
on Mysilkshop.com.
Risk of loss
All items purchased from Mysilkshop.com are made pursuant to a
shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items
pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Product Description
Mysilkshop.com tries to be as accurate as possible. However, Mysilkshop.com
does not warrant that product description or other content of this site is
accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Mysilkshop.com
itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused
condition.
Product properties and Wash care?
Most of Mysilkshop’s products are Handmade/ Handcrafted using the
finest natural fibers. The subtle variations in color, texture and finish are
intrinsic to hand made products. Our products involve crafts-based traditions
of hand spinning, dying, weaving, wood block printing and embroidery. We use
both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes with the goal of minimizing our impact
on the environment while striving for the best color properties. An irregular
weave or print is not a defect - hand-loom by definition means uncertainty when
it comes to uniformity.
Colors: We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors
of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see
will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of
any color will be accurate.
Reds and blues tend to run. Please always hand-wash like colors together and dry
inside out in the shade. All Silk and Silk blended Fabrics, Sarees, Salwar
Suits or any other product must only be Dry Cleaned.
Cancellation by You
If you made a mistake when placing an order you have 24 hours from
the time you placed the order to cancel the order, subject to that your order
has not been dispatched from our warehouse. You can write us at support@mysilkshop.com
for the same.
The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and you will get a
confirmation email. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Mysilkshop.com
and accept Mysilkshop.com decision regarding the cancellation.
Cancellation by Us
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to
accept and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse
or cancel any order for any reason. We will contact you if all or any portion
of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept
your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged
the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. The customer agrees
not to dispute the decision made by Mysilkshop.com and accept Mysilkshop.com
decision regarding the cancellation.
Exchange & Refund
No Exchange/ Refunds will be given in the following cases:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
- Package refused by recipient
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
- In case of minor design and color variations. With Handmade/ Handcrafted
products there will always be some variation between products.
All our hand-loom fabrics, handcrafted or hand printed products and other
products are weaved/made, dyed and printed using traditional methods, resulting
in each unique product. The irregular weave or print or minor color differences
are the characteristics of the fabric and the products and should not be seen
as a defect.
Exchange / Refund of the order will be done only in the following cases:
- Wrong item has been shipped to you.
- Genuine quality issues in the product.
- Packages lost in transit.
All you need to do is to inform us within 3 days of receiving the parcel by
writing into us at support@mysilkshop.com and send the Items, which has to be
exchanged so that it reaches us within 7 days of informing us.
You must use a track-able courier service (like DTDC, First Flight, Bluedart etc.).
Send an email to support@mysilkshop.com with your order details and the
tracking ID of the returned shipment.
Items returned should be sent in their original purchase condition, including
the original product packaging, along with all the paperwork that arrived with
the product – Invoices, Tags etc. to the following address:

Mysilkshop.com will exchange the returned items free of cost or issue a refund
for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping.
Shipping charges for the exchanged goods will not be billed to the customer.
Cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer. Any loss or damage of
Items in return transit shall be the responsibility of the customer and Mysilkshop.com
shall not be liable for any claims relating to the same. We strongly urge you
to declare the value and purchase insurance from the Shipper.
All Exchange / Refund will only be made after we have received the returned
shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.
Transfer of Refunds
Refund will only be given in case the exchange product is
unavailable, and in accordance with our Exchange / Refund Policy
All credits will be issued only to the credit/debit card used for making the
original purchase and will be transferred via the CCAvenue Payment Gateway.
Once we receive your returned item(s) we will issue your credit within 7
business days and send you an email confirmation.
Track your Order
Once your parcel has been dispatched, an email containing your
parcel information is sent to you automatically. You can then follow your
parcels progress on our website by going to the My Account section or can track
the shipment on our courier partner’s website using the Shipment tracking
number.
What should I do if I cannot track my order online?
If you are unable to view any information regarding your parcel,
we recommend that you contact us at support@mysilkshop.com or call us at our
customer care number or log on to our courier partners website.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
Mysilkshop.com reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to
change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms & Conditions, at any
